About Diana Linton

As a RF Test Engineer I have been working nearly 5 years closely with R&D Engineers investigating and developing RF test solutions. I perform testing, calibrations, and troubleshooting for military based products (transmitters, HPA, VCOs, etc). I write reports of findings, present data in meetings and do verification and validation of test development efforts. I manage the multimode transmitter production line, preparing and/or customizing test data and/or reports for various clients, to include military based products. Besides my primary tasks, I find time to create automation plans for various projects around the company using Labview. As for my previous experience, I was involved in the roll out of the LTE network of the southwest region of Colombia. I worked on monitoring voice and data KPI’s in order to develop strategies for the optimization of the LTE, UMTS and GSM networks. In addition, I performed Drive Tests and presented analysis using post-processing tools such as TEMS, and MapInfo. I also supervised and coordinated job priorities for teams of technicians to ensure maintenance of the networks. I am confident my multidisciplinary experience in RF and my creativity to overcome challenges in fast paced environments will help any company to not only achieve the stated objectives but to exceed expectations. I am a disciplined and dedicated RF Test Engineer with a never ending learning mindset. I am well aware that there is always opportunity to learn more, more problems to solve and more to develop and that is my main motivation to keep being part of the RF field.
