As a Partner at KPMG in Canada, I bring over 20 years of robust experience in the accounting and auditing sector. My expertise lies in navigating the complex landscapes of various accounting frameworks, providing invaluable insights and practical guidance to clients. I take pride in helping businesses effectively implement these frameworks to achieve their financial goals while adhering to rigorous compliance standards.With extensive experience in auditing Crown corporations, not-for-profit organizations, and pension plans, I have cultivated a strong proficiency in assurance audit services across diverse sectors. Each engagement has reinforced my belief that no two organizations are alike, necessitating tailored strategies that foster growth. I find great satisfaction in collaborating closely with clients to understand their unique challenges, crafting audit solutions to guide them toward success.My leadership roles have significantly shaped my professional identity. As one of the past Chairs of the CPA Saskatchewan Board of Directors, I contributed to the progression of our industry through strategic guidance and initiatives aimed at enhancing professional standards. My current service on the Board of Economic Development Regina allows me to help shape the possibilities for business and investment in Regina. My past roles as President of the YWCA Regina and member of the Ranch Ehrlo Society Board were transformative, as it provided avenues to advocate for women’s rights and support community development and welfare, showcasing my commitment to societal impact beyond the financial realm. I have a passion for mentoring upcoming professionals. I recognize that nurturing talent is essential for our industry\'s future.
