Routinely present to Board of Directors and investor community. Part of the Executive Leadership team that drove a more than doubling in market capitalization of the company and the agreement to be acquired by Microsoft, as announced in April of 2021 and closed in March of 2022. Latest fiscal quarter accelerated results with top line revenue growth of 15% and cloud revenue growth of 28%. Accelerating the transformation to the cloud and growth of ARR (annual recurring revenues): Prioritizing investments to drive new and existing customers to leading edge hosted solutions from on-premise offerings. In 2021 and 2022, delivered 50%+ growth in net new bookings, 25%+ growth in cloud revenues and 100%+ growth in ARR. Overall, revenues grew 10%+ and profit improved 12% to 16%. Transforming the portfolio by divesting of a non-strategic business, acquiring a strategic complementary asset and accelerating investment in the area of ambient clinical intelligence as well as patient engagement: Successfully completed the divestiture of the transcription business within first 9 months in role. In January 2021, led the process which culminated in the successful acquisition of Saykara, a complementary asset to the Dragon Ambient eXperience (DAX) solution. Oversaw a study on market opportunity / segmentation, ROI and pricing that dramatically improved the growth of net new bookings in DAX, and further increased product development to capitalize on the opportunity. Introduced a patient engagement solution during the first 6 months on the job, leveraging broader assets in the company, and realizing bookings within 2 months of introduction.
