I\'ll be ensuring state designation and American College of Surgeons verification of Central West Texas trauma programs through:* collaboration with HCA National, Trauma Program Directors, Trauma Program Managers, Trauma Medical Directors and key facility stakeholders and Executives to ensure national and division trauma goals are being met.* Development and oversight of transparent reporting system of individual program performance, quality and survey readiness accessible to Central Texas Division CEO, CMO, Senior VP Strategy and other key stakeholders.I\'ll serve as a resource for inter-intra disciplinary team members that participate in the care of adult and pediatric trauma patients.Successfully develop trauma programs at the hospital level, division level and within state/national systems.
