Trialed Electric Fleet utilizing pipeline gas for Texas Delaware, currently planning to deployed full Electric Fleet program for 2021. Involved with Environmental and Low Carbon Venture group to reduce emission and campaigning carbon management in Petroleum Industry. Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Coil Tubing Intervention for Delaware Business Unit, member of ICOTA (International Coil Tubing and Intervention Association). Deployed Well Design project for TX Business Unit. A multi discipline project with Drilling, Production and Reservoir. The project successfully reduce 1MM/ well on total cost- saving the company $100MM per year. It won Jeff Smith Technical Excellence award and presented at OXY Technology Conference 2019. Involved heavily on dissolvable technology with Innovex company. Deployed Dissolvable Plug Technology for TX Business Unit successfully on 2018. The project simplify the plug and perforation operation, and substantially reduce wireline non-productive time. Project was presented at OXY Technology Conference 2019, and SPE ICOTA 2019, the paper on the project published on SPE under title - Coil Tubing Drill-out Efficiency Gains Utilizing Dissolvable Plug Technology. Optimized CTDO (Coil Tubing Drill Out) technique utilizing RT BHA Tool (presented at OXY Technology Conference 2018) Involve heavily on Field Development Planning, supporting the Completions
