Bring out the best. Whatever I do I am driven by huge energy, creative passion and enjoyment (yes I love my work). I have over 30 years experience in factual broadcasting, with extensive Executive Production credits. My current role involves devising, developing and steering through a range of documentaries and programmes for all BBC TV Channels. Alongside this I practice as a Leadership coach, working with senior leaders from marketing to journalism. I particularly enjoy working with charities and social enterprises. So I guess you could say – whether it’s a programme or a person, success for me means bringing out the best.
