About Diana Hamm
Hello! My name is Diana and I\'m a Learning & Development Specialist at Black & Veatch. In my current role, I am responsible for leading the design and development of business, technical and project management related training by working with company leaders and subject-matter experts.Outside of my current role, I am one of the DE & I Book Club Facilitators. I enjoy connecting with new people and learning about their background, by reading and discussing books, chatting with other people or doing fun activities together.Prior to my current role, I was part of the EDGE Rotations Program. This program allowed me the opportunity to develop a strong skill set in different areas, such as recruiting, diversity, equity & inclusion, data analytics, onboarding, project management and networking. Some of my previous experience include Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Supply Chain Management.
