About Diana Haber-Daws
I am an integrated leader, futurist, facilitator, and life-long learner with extensive experience in youth development, civic engagement, policy implementation, and awareness based systems change. As Senior Program Officer of Leadership Practice at IREX and Ambassador to the Inner Development Goals (IDG) initiative, I manage a diverse portfolio of global youth leadership initiatives and convenings, while developing innovative curriculum and facilitating transformative learning experiences. In my IDG Ambassador role, I support organizations and leaders develop the inner capacities needed to actualize outer impact - leading to a flourishing world. I am a Teach for America alumm, which launched my dedication to social impact and educational equity as a pathway for building peaceful and thriving communities. My expertise spans local, state, federal, and international policy, with a focus on strengthening democratic ideals and creating inclusive institutions that foster trust, belonging, and joy. During my studies at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, I contributed to several high-impact projects, including research for the founding of the Leir\'s Institute of Human Security and Innerdevelopment, strategic consulting for PayPal\'s $500 million investment in racial and economic equity, social-emotional learning evaluation for the Wayzata Public School district, and Tufts University\'s Campus Safety and Policing Initiative. I am a global citizen, a classically trained dancer, and find moments to commune with nature as often as I can!
