My role includes conducting required quality tests, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring adherence to food safety and worker safety standards.Key responsibilities include- Inspecting and monitoring raw materials, production processes, and finished products to meet established quality and safety standards- Performing and documenting quality tests for raw materials and finished goods, ensuring timely and accurate reporting- Maintaining, organizing, and scheduling raw material samples for testing and conducting detailed evaluations- Performing sanitation verification, allergen testing, and ensuring equipment calibration and functionality- Monitoring product weight, labeling, codes, and packaging to ensure compliance with specifications- Conducting grain evaluations for both existing and potential suppliers, supporting purchasing decisions for both dry pack and canning applications.Through these activities, I play a key role in safeguarding product quality, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
