Responsibilities include planning and implementing various strategies for the bank, overseeing daily business operations, and coordinating with various business units to ensure healthy and stable growth of the bank.I have held the positions of Branch Manager and Regional Manager at CICC US SECURITIES. In these positions, I became a team leader and led my staff to achieve significant performance and customer satisfaction. In 2019 served as: Vice President of CICC US SECURITIES San Francisco Branch. As Vice President, I lead multiple business units of CICC US SECURITIES and work with the senior management team to develop strategic plans. I was also responsible for providing oversight of the bank\'s risk assessment and controls, and assisting in the development of internal policies and procedures.In my opinion, I owe much of my success to my team and my employees. I place great importance on the development and growth of my employees and want to encourage them to continue to learn and improve through good leadership and motivation.
