About Diana Dobin
I am the Co-CEO of Valley Forge Fabrics, the largest decorative textile and textile products & services supplier to the Hospitality Industry worldwide. We are proud of our people first focus that recognizes Diversity Equity Inclusion & Environmental Sustainability as critical pillars of success. I am 2nd generation leadership and partner to my brother Mikey. Valley Forge is headquartered in South Florida & Massachusetts respected for its environmental stewardship, agility, speed and innovation. Valley Forge is a dynamic organization that is loved for it\'s special culture. I am passionate about people achieving their own personal success. With almost 30 years’ experience, my responsibilities include company strategy, sustainability leadership, DEI, mentorship and design & brand leadership. I am also Co-Founder of WeaveUp, a technology start-up that was originally developed to connect artists to the specifiers and buyers in the hotel industry in order to put customization of textiles into the hands of Valley Forge customers. The WeaveUp customization tool allows users to select and sort through a library of ever growing designs, customize color, size, repeat and place orders of their choice from 25 different fabric qualities - in just a few clicks. Protecting and celebrating authorship, artists retain ownership of all their IP and get commission against sales. WeaveUp was launched originally to the trade only, but was released to consumers in Q3 2015, and is currently poised to straddle multiple industries. I am a LEED Accredited Professional and very active in educating my community in the areas of business, innovation, creativity and environmental sustainability & the effects on human health. I am a past Board member of both Sustainable Florida and The Pillsbury Institute for Entrepreneurship at Cornell University. I love yoga, art & fashion, journeys to unfamiliar destinations, and enjoying time with my amazing family.
