I am an accomplished digital transformation leader with over 12 years of experience delivering impactful change across healthcare, central government, and public sector environments. My expertise spans the strategic planning and technical delivery of complex EPR, PAS, LIMS, and clinical systems, with a proven record of aligning digital health solutions with strategic organisational priorities. I specialise in designing and leading scalable, clinically-aligned, and operationally sound technology programmes that enhance patient outcomes, optimise processes, and support long-term service transformation.In roles across HCA Healthcare UK, The London Clinic, and NHS Trusts, I’ve led the end-to-end delivery of multi-million-pound transformation initiatives, most notably overseeing the £200M rollout of Meditech Expanse across multiple UK hospital sites. My work includes the architecture, configuration, and deployment of core modules such as Order Management, PAS, Clinical Documentation, Oncology (Mosaiq, Aria), Maternity (K2, BadgerNet), Fertility, ICU, and CVIS platforms. I’ve supported strategic transitions from legacy systems like Meditech Magic, Medway, and Lorenzo, and progressed new platforms including Epic through early configuration and business case phases.I bring a strong track record in stakeholder engagement, vendor management, governance setup, and Agile/Waterfall hybrid delivery. I’ve worked across all programme phases, from requirements gathering and testing (UAT, integration) to go-live support, training rollout, and long-term sustainability planning.
