Collaborate with multiple teams in ClickPay and RealPage as well as external partners and vendors to help the team meet customer needs and lead new client implementation efforts- Lead daily activities of the team to ensure that all work is completed according to scheduled deadlines with attention to quality standards, priorities and overall goals- Develop creative solutions to complex and unique business requirements and technical challenges- Manage escalated issues and provide direction to the Implementation Specialist- Interview potential candidates for all available Implementation Specialist positions- Oversee an average of 40 implementations per month integrated with roughly thirty account software companies- Perform weekly one on ones with each Implementation Specialist to review the process of all projects assigned and continually identify and address possible areas of opportunity and identify associates’ strengths- Coach, develop and evaluate associates on performance and complete mid-year and annual performance reviews- Develop and process corrective action and performance improvement plans.
