My role involved product management responsibilities such as backlog administration, defining new features, competitive analysis, pricing, and operations leadership to ensure seamless project delivery.I was responsible for the successful implementation of projects for new clients, the continuity and training of existing projects, and the constant optimization of the platform to increase its value and ensure customer success stories. I also led customer success and support initiatives, aligning operations with the product roadmap.A major achievement was the implementation of more than 200 artificial intelligence projects, including chatbots and tailored solutions for different clients. This positioned the platform as a leading player in conversational AI innovation.
