ABOUT DIANA BRYANT
I graduated from Rutgers University in May 2013. For the first 4+ years post-college, I worked for a speakers bureau focusing on clients such as Eli Lilly, Mallinckrodt, and Biogen Pharmaceuticals. I have had the pleasure of collaborating with physicians of all specialties, and patients diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. Despite the hardships that the patient advocates have experienced, they continue to have a positive outlook and are truly grateful for the little things in life. These unique experiences have contributed to my notions of perseverance and compassion in the workplace.When I started my career at Novartis, I was a dedicated planner providing congress management support for the Ophthalmology franchise. During my time as a Congress Coordinator in the role, I managed over 100+ shows, with attendance ranging from 2 - 350 Novartis employees. I am currently a project coordinator providing support to the VP and Head of Talent & Transformation US, the Global Head of Leadership Development, and their associated teams.
