I have a global role at SAP as a manager of managers with over 170 people in my organization. I have been building and leading diverse, highly effective teams and achieving strong organizational results for more than 20 years. I am passionate about coaching, engagement and leadership development - particularly helping leaders build the skills and experience to become motivational, impactful and empowering leaders. I strongly believe in the power of leading with a coaching approach. Tapping the talents and passions of our diverse teams has led to outstanding results in my organization all while maintaining high levels of engagement and leadership trust. To this end, I have completed the Art & Science of Coaching Diploma program with Erickson Coaching International. I have also been cofacilitating virtual and onsite offerings of a program called \"Coaching for Engagement\" with the program creator Bob Hancox since 2015: This program is one of the best I have ever had the chance to be a part of to really help people realize the power of a coach approach to leadership. I am an active coach, mentor and facilitator who is truly motivated by helping others realize their potential.
