As the Executive Director at Braven, I lead a team of passionate and talented professionals who are committed to empowering diverse, homegrown college students with the skills, networks, confidence, and experiences to break down systemic barriers and embrace their path towards a meaningful career and life. I have over eight years of experience in senior leadership roles in the education and nonprofit sectors, where I have successfully driven change management, fundraising, strategic direction, program development, culture, and intentional staff development initiatives.My mission is to inspire joy and develop the next generation of active, adaptive, global-minded change makers. I am fiercely committed to education, leadership, and inclusion for equitable outcomes. I am passionate about building community relationships and developing deep partnerships for greater social impact.
