Program Coordinator - Internships @Ciee Florence

Focuses on expanding and curating network of host companies and partners for experientiallearning opportunities, guest speakers and site visits• Maintains an updated Salesforce database of Florence Internship host companies andpartners• Coordinates internship program placement needs including: scheduling and conductingindividual participant pre-placement meetings, updating Salesforce data and conductingcompany interviews• Reviews and assists students with preparing and improving CVs, cover letters, andinternship program applications• In collaboration with PM completes administrative tasks for internship and experientiallearning programs, including spreadsheet maintenance, email, and data entry in Salesforce• Assist the Academic Director with the implementation of the course \'Academic Internship inthe Global Workplace\' including: assisting the instructor, scheduling professionaldevelopment workshops, identifying and coordinating guest speakers, company visits, aswell as cultural and professional excursions• Assist with distributing and collecting student learning contracts as well as mid-term and finalevaluations of internship providers and students• Coordinates the documentation of internship site placements to provide content formarketing and experiential learning program materials• Accompanies internship student participants to company site visits, networking events, andprovides support as during internship orientation and student excursions as needed• Assists with site visits for university partners as well as internship providers• Supports and maintains the highest standards of quality and academic excellence forparticipants in internship and experiential learning programs
