   Led a cloud migration of 25TB of SharePoint data consolidating 4 datacenters into 1 and decommissioning 25 on-premises server farms. • Led a Microsoft team of 5 and a customer team of 20. • Won awards and received recognition including \"Better Together\" award,\"Hero\" award and numerous community presentations. • High visibility project in Modern Work Solutions Area all the way up to the CEO. Led a \"business applications\" modernization project resulting in DVA adopting Power Platform as their official product family for modernizing legacy and on-premises business applications (Power BI, Power Automate, PowerApps). Impact: Power Platform revenue from premium licensing, increased cloud consumption rate, over 3K apps and flow created in first year alone, VA-wide adoption of MS products and removal of competitor\'s products from the ecosystem. Established and led creation of first ever Office365/SharePoint Governance including documentation, governance board establishment, and board charter creation. Impact: modernizing VA\'s IT organization and influencing a culture shift towards a more inclusive and collaborative work culture.
