ABOUT DIANA LEE
Hi I\'m Diana, a Strategy Insights & Planning Consultant at ZS Associates where I partner with Fortune 500 pharma and biotech clients to define goals, build an approach, and execute strategic projects, primarily focused in the pipeline and launch space. My PharmD clinical education and knowledge are highly complementary to my business and strategy experience in management consulting. Currently, I specialize in strategy for pipeline assets, including (but not limited to) opportunity assessments, target product profile development and testing, message testing, and brand/strategic planning. I have extensive experience leading primary market research and synthesizing large amounts of data into key strategic insights. I very much enjoy tackling large unstructured problems with my client by breaking these questions down into smaller, digestible steps that can be uncovered through qualitative or quantitative means.I\'ve had an unorthodox career path, starting with a B.A. in English leading to time as a high school English teacher in Teach for America. As a chemistry minor, I started to miss the sciences and went back to get my M.S. in Medical Science while working at Teach for America. Following my time at Teach for America, I became a non-traditional student at UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy after a brief stint as a barista.I believe that the uniqueness of everyone\'s path adds to the richness of their lives and experiences. I\'m passionate about diversity, equity, inclusion, & justice, mental health, women\'s health, and generally ensuring that our planet and society is happy and healthy. If any of this resonates you, please feel free to reach out and I\'d be happy to chat. Thanks,Diana
