Trinity Basin Tyler Street Project (Dallas, TX -$20M)- Existing one level charter school renovation that consisted of 19 classrooms, a gymnasium, offices, conference rooms, a library, and locker rooms with an additional building built to attach to the existing structure. New build included two levels, a cafeteria, kitchen, tornado storm shelter, and 25 additional classrooms. Consisted of exterior skin systems, interior renovations and finishes, new and/or upgraded MEP systems, new structure, and all new site work for the property including a playground area, new landscaping, and new paving.Raul Yzaguirre School of Success (Houston, TX -$5M)- Existing STEM academy school renovation that consisted of upgrades to the existing MEP, fire sprinkler, and fire alarm system as well as select finish upgrades. Includes full renovation of several restrooms located within the school. Bertha Alyce School (Houston, TX -$600K)- Existing school renovation that consisted of flooring and wall finishes upgrades within the corridors, classrooms, and back of house spaces. In addition, restrooms were upgraded within the school.Houston Classical Charter School (Houston, TX -$10M)- Ground-up two story charter school consisting of 14 classrooms, offices, reception areas, and a new gymnasium. Exterior site improvements including site paving, parking, utilities, and landscaping and irrigation. Assisted with pre construction, estimating, design, and construction management.
