Responsibility is to maintain the recruitment/ Hiring tracker & Provide regular update to the reporting manager on hiring status. Responsibility is to identify the hiring needs within the existing projects & ensure the fulfillment of resources at all the project sites. And to be evaluated subjectively by the reporting manager.3. The responsibility is to conduct a profile-based Interviewing module to judge the best potential and provide subjective content to Reporting Managers for effective selection scope. The responsibility is to conduct profile evaluation in the organization & create a pool of all the critical profiles to cater to any exigencies for respective business units.5. Handling SBU’s Operational requirements by covering the manpower shortage.6.Responsibility is to prioritize the requirements and close all the profiles within the given timeframe.7.Responsibility is to develop a detailed onboarding plan for any new joiner before joining and administer all related arrangements (ID Cards, IT Assets, Email ID etc) and provide the Inductions. Responsibility is to maintain the recruitment/hiring tracker & provide regular updates to the reporting manager on hiring status. Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire.9. Responsible for creating the daily synopsis of the profiles screen & recording the database for further reference.10. Responsibility is to conduct profile evaluation in the organization & create a pool of all the critical profiles to cater for any exigencies for respective business units.
