Alumna of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. I am a natural born leader and a very outgoing individual. I embrace the challenge of what\'s to come and I am not afraid to face the unknown. Electrolux has been my career home for the last six years, building my professional development and learning many new skills in Supply Chain Management as well as in SAP APO & IBP system operations. My personal goals include but are not limited to starting my own Event Planning and Custom Creations business while continuing to develop professionally as I gain experience in the IT world. Job interests include system automation, SQL, Business analytics and more. I am a strong asset to any company as I am great at teamwork however, I also have to the ability to successfully work alone. I am fluent in all Microsoft Office applications as well as SQL & DAX languages for Power BI report applications. When it comes to problem solving I am dedicated to getting the job done using my organizational skills and all other necessary talents. Being the president of an Organization helped to build my leadership skills as well as my public speaking, delegation, and strategic planning skills as I had to ensure the successful execution of all events and host many of them. My skill set has proven successful as I have launched and currently lead our company\'s Employee Resource Group, MOSAIC. The mission of MOSAIC is to empower employees through all-inclusive educational, social, and community events designed to promote collaboration and support the goal of making Electrolux an Employer of Choice.
