With over a decade of experience in holistic health, my journey began long before my official certification as a holistic health practitioner in 2011. My path has been guided by a deep, God-given discernment that allowed me to see the contradictions between popular New Age healing practices and the true, biblical approach to holistic wellness.When I made the switch to a biblical approach to holistic wellness, my health transformed. Issues that had plagued me for years—high blood pressure, unstable blood sugar, irregular heart rate, digestive problems, seasonal allergies, migraines, and more—were all resolved. I experienced healing and peace without participating in practices that contradicted my faith.This profound change inspired me to develop my signature program, which is rooted in addressing the whole person. The program is personalized to fix the mind, nurture the spirit, and, ultimately, heal the body permanently. Many people rush to the gym without addressing their mind and spirit, seeing temporary success on the outside but failing to permanently alter their health numbers. My approach ensures lasting wellness by aligning physical health with mental and spiritual well-being.

   During COVID-19, I am part of a team of Nationally Certified Coaches offering pro bono health coaching to our healthcare heros to help them cope with the toll of COVID-19. We opened up our phone lines and video calling to offer sacred non judgemental spaces for workers to open up and share their fears, their inner struggles and concerns, and to release their internal and emotional cap helping them to destress and foster healing.
