Successfully transitioned RTD’s ML/AI deployment pipeline to a Cloud-based solution within 3 months. Instrumental in multiple first implementations of RTD in other business units.· Designed and streamlined multiple end-to-end data analysis frameworks and data pipeline processes, significantly enhancing data analysts’ and data scientists’ speed-to-insight and speed-to-market capabilities.· Collaborated with cross-functional teams to establish data integration and transformation patterns for chatbots, uncovering insights that led to improvements in consumer-facing experiences.
