I help the Inventory Management and Device Management teams at Rippling scale and execute at maximum speed.When I joined in May 2022, Rippling’s Inventory Management product was just getting started, operating out of a single small warehouse in California.In less than three years, I’ve led the product’s transformation into a truly global operation—spanning four continents (North America, Europe, Oceania, and Asia) and serving customers in over 40 countries. It has become a leading solution for enterprises’ global device logistics needs. Over this period, the product’s ARR has grown sixfold, and the device reseller program my team built has positioned Rippling among the top 10 Apple device resellers in the U.S, selling tens of millions of dollars’ worth of devices each year.As an engineering leader, I partner closely with Business and Product stakeholders to define and execute the roadmap for the Inventory Management and Device Management teams. I focus on cultivating a results-driven, fast-moving, and sustainable engineering culture, enabling our systems to scale and thrive through improvements in scalability, flexibility, and stability.As a people manager, I’m deeply invested in growing Rippling’s engineers and technical leads. I help align each person’s career aspirations with Rippling’s long-term strategy—ensuring that every engineer understands how their work drives our company’s success. I manage engineering resource allocation and organizational structure to support rapidly evolving business priorities. Through clear expectations and mutual trust, my organization maintains one of the lowest turnover rates across Rippling Engineering.
