Reporting to Vice President Contract Manufacturing PBNA Strategic sourcing functional lead for manufacturing across North America Coffee Partnership, Coconut Water, and Innovation to include diverse product requirements under RTD dairy, coffee, and juice categories. Key accountabilities include working effectively across multiple divisions (NACP, Gatorade, Naked Juice, and Tropicana), cross functional partners (Logistics, Global Procurement, Marketing etc), and global partners to align against sourcing strategies and deliver innovation commitments. Liaison to streamline business processes that cross BU boundaries for planning/scheduling, financial and SAP controls Key Achievements: • Ensure sourcing strategies are able to meet aggressive timelines and deliver on budget product launches • Support International projects with business process procedures to include Customs and Broker regulations, Process Authority requirements, in country regulations for Food Safety and contractual requirements necessary, templates, training or manpower needs • Lead changes in processing and packaging alternatives/recommendations to business teams which will require a shift from current/past business model used for launching innovation • Develop innovation optimization solutions across co-pack network to establish new component assembly processes and capabilities required to support new packaging and products • Lead all contractual processes/procedures to include Request for Proposal, Confidentiality Agreements, Letters of Intent and Manufacturing Contracts to lock in pricing and term • Coordinate multiple raw material work streams for WIP materials required. • Ensure network capacity for both current and future businesses across a variety of technology platforms for base business.
