ABOUT DI A.
As a go-getter who created and developed a career in Legal Practice and Corporate Governance in UK over the past few years; I revamped my career by adding a clinical practice career path in addition to my established legal practice career. In 2020, I took myself out of my comfort zone (which is legal practice, legal academia and Corporate Governance practice) to fearlessly take up an entire new challenge to re-train as a medicines prescriber-ready, Psychiatric RN / NPSince discovering this career path, training into it and working in it as a frontline psychiatric clinician; not a single one of my days has felt weighed down by the drudgery of work due to the wholesome nature of this role where not a single day is similar to the others. It is when I had the lightbulb moment where I might have been fortunate enough to have acquired a career where no days feels like work because I am doing what I love and what I am passionate about. It has been a journey of self-discovery and tapping into my potentials.
