ABOUT DHWANI TAPARIA
I am a highly motivated and diligent fourth-year law student at MKES College of Law. With a strong background in litigation-centered offices, I have honed valuable skills that make me an ideal fit for the role. I possess meticulous attention to detail, maintain a positive can-do attitude, and adapt well to diverse environments. While I thrive in collaborative settings, I am equally confident working independently and taking initiative. During my internships, I had the privilege of working at JuristechLegal & Partners and the office of Advocate Manoj Kumar Upadhyay. At JuristechLegal & Partners, I drafted a variety of essential legal documents such as Vakalatnama, Affidavit of Service, Affidavit of Evidence, and Precipe. I actively participated in client meetings and had the opportunity to attend court proceedings, which provided me with firsthand exposure to the litigation process. At the office of Advocate Manoj Kumar Upadhyay, I further expanded my drafting skills by working on a diverse range of documents, including Notice of Motion, Affidavit in Reply, Affidavit in Rejoinder, Plaints, Partition Suit, Exemption Application, Application for Condonation of Delay, Leave and License Agreement, Memorandum of Understanding, and Written Statement. Moreover, I engaged directly with clients, discussing their legal matters and providing valuable assistance. I am also proud to have contributed my efforts to the Citizen for Animal Protection Foundation, an organization dedicated to the welfare of animals in need and injured. I played a role in the Victoria Ban Case, actively assisting in the realization of a court order that bans the use of Victoria Carts. This experience has further strengthened my commitment to advocating for justice and making a positive impact. Additionally, I actively participated in the Legal Aid Committee and the National Service Scheme during the academic year of 20••••23. As part of the 100 Santa Project, I helped distribute gifts to underprivileged street and slum children in Mumbai. In this role, I efficiently managed packaging, handling, and distribution, showcasing my organizational skills and dedication to serving the community. With my diverse experience, strong legal acumen, and dedication to social causes, I am confident that I can contribute effectively to the organization I join. I eagerly look forward to utilizing my skills, passion, and drive to excel in the legal field and make a meaningful difference.
