Role Overview: Collaborating within the Health PEI team to provide expert data analysis and statistical insights. I support evidence-based decision-making by analyzing health human resources (HHR) data and streamlining reporting frameworks across the organization.Key Contributions & Collaborative Focus:Data Analytics & Decision Support Collaborate on extracting and analyzing HHR datasets from PeopleSoft to identify workforce trends, projected needs, and provincial benchmarks. Support senior leadership by producing forecasting and trending analyses to help prepare for future health profession demands.Business Intelligence & Visualization Design and maintain interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI, SAP Crystal Reports, and BOE. Work to automate and streamline report distribution, improving data accessibility for internal stakeholders. Develop analytical products to visualize age, service, and attrition data for review by HR planning committees.Cross-Functional Integration Coordinate with ITSS, Finance, Payroll, and Health Analytics to ensure secure and accurate transfer of human resources data. Contribute to the design of the HR/Payroll data warehouse, working with ITSS to define data standards and models. Partner with HRIS and Payroll teams to implement automated audits and standardized data collection within PeopleSoft.Research & Evidence-Based Advice Provide evidence-based advice on emerging HR issues and jurisdictional best practices. Research HR implications of changes in health service delivery models and report findings to the broader team.Technical Environment: Power BI, SAP Crystal Reports, PeopleSoft, SQL, Data Analytics, Workforce Forecasting, Health Informatics, Collaborative Project Management.
