Current Job Responsibilities:@BDP INTERNATIONAL (Dahej)• Maintain the sites material stock inward register & outward register in system.• Maintain the stock physically checked daily to the minimum and maximum inventory of the raw materials according to the minimum and maximum level • Maintain the stock of the company on line and physically and make requisition on line for the purchase of materials of the company.• Maintain the stock according to the values of the stock monthly.• Maintain the gate pass records according to outgoing and incoming of the materials• Maintain the different types of the ledger account and to do posting of different sizes and raw materials.• Follow up the incoming & outgoing of the materials according to the procedure of the company.• Issue the raw material according the lifo and fifo method• Handling around all activity of store by responsibility and confidently.• Maintain Stock Register and G.R.N.• Maintain Gate Pass Book.• Maintain Issue Book of material inward• Issue material to production department as per requisition slip
