   As an internal auditor, my responsibilities include conducting audits of various business processes according to our internal audit calendar. This involves closely collaborating with the heads of each business process to identify and address any gaps or deficiencies uncovered during the audit. In addition to internal audits, I work alongside external auditors during assessments for standards such as HiTRUST, SOC1, SOC2, ISO 27001, and ISO 9001. My role during these audits is to facilitate the process by providing necessary documentation, answering inquiries, and ensuring a smooth collaboration between the auditors and our organization. Another crucial aspect of my role is preparing compliance training materials. I develop training decks and other resources to educate employees across the organization on compliance requirements and best practices. Running training campaigns is also part of my responsibilities, where I organize workshops, seminars, and other events to ensure that everyone understands their role in maintaining compliance. Overall, my goal is to contribute to the organization\'s compliance efforts by conducting thorough audits, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders, and providing comprehensive training to employees at all levels.
