OnTrack helped to coordinate the design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases. Responsible for the planning and coordination of the Site Yard scope of work. • Q&D Construction – Projects - Scheels CO, Carson Tahoe Hospital, John C Bohach, and Cold Spring Elementary SchoolDeveloped a highly detailed project baseline with the project team. Weekly tasks include meeting with the construction managers to perform scheduled maintenance. Unique to each job, create and send out several specialized reports required each week. • Pacific West Companies –Projects – Harvest 2 & 3, Natomas at Homecoming, Apex at Vista ApartmentsDeveloped a highly detailed project baseline template to apply to each project. The projects range from to activities. Weekly tasks include meeting with the construction managers to perform scheduled maintenance. Unique to this job is the number of specialized reports required each week.
