ABOUT DHRUV SHARMA

I am a Transfer Pricing Director in PwC\'s Transfer Pricing & Customs practice advising clients on all aspects of pricing intercompany transactions – including global business expansions, intellectual property planning, value chain transformations, global structuring, transfer pricing audits and due diligence related to mergers & acquisitions, US and non-US transfer pricing compliance, and tax controversy including advance pricing agreements and mutual agreement procedures. I have significant experience in intellectual property valuations for tax purposes, in multiple contexts, including intercompany transfers of intangible property and risk in complex tax arrangements such as cost sharing arrangements. I work closely with PwC\'s International Tax and Indirect Tax practices to design tax efficient structures for companies that align with their operating models and growth trajectories. My clients include some of the world\'s largest e-commerce, computer hardware & software, internet, fintech, entertainment, pharmaceuticals, and semiconductor companies. I am presently based in PwC\'s San Francisco office. I have also worked in PwC\'s Silicon Valley (San Jose), New York and Philadelphia offices.
