Dealing with customer enquiries by phone, e-mail and face-to-face, providing them with expert advice and answering any queries, giving quotations and following-up on all quotes and after-sales feedback they may have.• Calculating both simple and complex quotations using the company\'s estimating system, factoring in the large number of variables and costs associated with printing to provide the best value for money to our customers.• Being a big advocate of Referral Marketing, I have been responsible for generating a substantial amount of new business and business opportunities through BNI networking since January 2016.• Liaising with production colleagues to make sure all customer orders are completed on time and to the highest quality, which includes good communication at all levels - from the design process through to printing, finishing and delivery. • I have helped with finding new suppliers to not only save on costs but also save time, which has meant reducing lead times for specific stock and/or simplifying the ordering & delivery process with regards to purchasing for the company.
