Digital Strategy Consultant Internship with KIMSHEALTH, a 17-facility GCC healthcare network; partnered directly with senior leadership on enterprise digital strategy- Worked across Reception, Call Center, Pharmacy, Billing, Insurance, Radiology and clinical teams to map workflows, quantify pain points and build the business case for change- Designed an enterprise CRM + task management backbone with unified ticket routing, SLA monitoring and lead capture to cut duplicate effort and speed inter-department handoffs- Built an AI call center proof of concept (20 concurrent virtual voice agents) sized to an environment handling 1K+ calls per day to improve responsiveness and staffing flexibility- Developed an omnichannel AI triage layer replacing static web/WhatsApp forms; interprets patient intent, auto-answers routine questions and routes complex cases to the right team- Proposed interactive digital hospital navigation tied to daily nurse–doctor assignments and department locations; piloted an AI scribe to reduce physician admin time and accelerate claims- Delivered internal AI in Healthcare workshop and authored the KIMSHEALTH 2.0 AI Playbook to support staff training and adoption across the network- Internship charter: enterprise process analysis, global benchmarking, digital transformation roadmap, manpower/succession planning, and modeled business impact – used to prioritize the above solutions.
