Working as a Production Engineer in Mega scale Petrochemical complex consisting of 2 trains of LLDPE/HDPE Swing Plant(Innovene-G Gas Phase Technology by INEOS Technologies, UK) having 360 KTPA capacity in each train-Having experience in continuous polymer plant operating Honeywell DCS with main responsibility of achieving targeted production with Quality and Safety without failure-Having experience of Various Controllers, Control Valves, Compressors, Various Heat Exchangers, Different types of Pumps-Planning routine activities and schedule equipment changeover for preventive maintenance-Taking corrective actions in case of deviations in quality-Handling major Emergencies in Petrochemical plant and Extruder-Handling Fluidized bed Reactor, single stage Centrifugal compressor, Oil-free Screw compressor, Oil-flooded Screw compressor and Multistage Reciprocating compressor-Handling various hydrocarbons like Ethylene, Butene, Pentane, Hydrogen, Propylene, Ziegler-Natta catalyst and Tri-ethyl aluminium(TEAL)-Optimization of process parameters with Advanced Process control (APC)-Using Aveva software to maintain process parameters-Trained freshers and new joinees and validates them before giving charge-Knowledge of P & ID, PFD, Risk Assessment, Process data sheet and Material safety data sheet-Helping the plant In-charge & Field Operator and active participation in different safety activities under Process Safety Management, Work Place Safety Management, Safety Toolbox talk, Training of personnel-Having experience in Shutdown and Start-up Activities in polymer plant-Preparing Daily production report-Maintaining record of critical parameters and Root cause analysis of Incident-Preparing and doing Job cycle check of SOP\'s.
