About Dhruv Arora
Dhruv is an LL.B. graduate from O.P. Jindal Global University. He has had a chance to learn and gain experience in different areas of law with his interests primarily in corporate and taxation laws. He is a freelance investor by hobby which intrigues him towards the interface of finance and law.He got the opportunity to pursue a semester exchange program at Singapore Management University and this experience has significantly helped him in tackling problems and seeing them with critical eyes. It has given him the requisite knowledge as to how financial markets and laws integrate in a developed economy and open markets. During his internships, he has prepared research notes and memos on matters pertaining to Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, GST, contract, vetted documents such as SPA, NDA and conducted due diligence in Project Finance matters. Dhruv aspires to be a corporate lawyer holding the position of a senior partner at a leading law firm in India and shall work to the best of his abilities for the same.
