Managing the employee life cycle for all the employees at Karnataka.2. Work with the functional heads on various aspects - performance, productivity, recruitment etc.3. Drive the engagement & R&R and drive employee connect for the Bangalore office.4. Managing all employee queries.5. Attrition Analysis and retention planning.6. Driving recruitment and ensuring all positions are closed as per the TAT.7. Coordinate with the HR operations team in providing data for payroll and exit clearance.
