Developed a scalable backend using FastAPI to integrate a variety of AI image generation tools, including API based models (SD 3.5, Flux, Recraft V3) and open-source workflows (SDXL, IP Adapter, PulID, LORA fine-tuning), deployed on a serverless GPU platform. Implemented Celery for efficient asynchronous processing of 100+ daily requests. Successfully deployed the solution on GCP’s Cloud Run using Docker containerization.Designed a FastAPI system to unify various LLMs(Mistral, GPT, Gemini, Claude) into a single platform. Enhanced LLM capabilities by developing an efficient RAG system utilizing techniques like Parent-Child Retrieval, HyDE, ColPali (image-based RAG), and Semantic Chunking. Added functionalities including internet search, PDF Q&A, webscraping, secure code execution on GCP, and CSV analysis, leveraging function calling to expand platform utility. Achieved 2x in user engagement through these tools that cater to both technical and non-technical users.
