I am a 4th-year B.A. LLB.(Hons.) student at the National Law School of India University, Bangalore, with a keen interest in General Corporate Law, Private Equity Acquisitions and Venture Capital Investments, and Capital Markets.My legal experience includes interning with Fox & Mandal Associates in Bengaluru and Luthra & Luthra Law Firm in Delhi, and working under renowned advocates. Through these experiences and academic coursework, I have developed practical skills in reviewing Transaction Documents and drafting Due Diligence Reports, Shareholders and Share Purchase Agreements.I am currently seeking internship opportunities where I can further apply my research and drafting skills in a challenging corporate law environment.
