The South Dakota Division of Child Services (DCS) and Child Support System (CCS) – Support all the tasks associated with the Child Services function of intake, locate, establishment, enforcement, and financial management. In the role of Project Manager, I am the liaison to business unit end-users who monitor and resolve daily operational issues and questions regarding the State of South Dakota DCS and CCS System.• Work with the South Dakota Division of Child Services (DCS) and Division of Child Care Support (CCS) to elicit and translate business needs into requirements and document requirements into functional designs and system specifications.• Evaluate agency requests and determine system impacts and possible solutions.• Serve as the BIT point of contact for DCS and CCS portal projects.• Provide project status and issue resolution to the agency on all DCS and CCS portal projects.• Communicate requirements to the development team. Review work completed by the Dev team, and conduct internal testing. • Analyze system defects, developer tasks, system change requests, and functional design requirements through the product backlog in TFS• Ensure the portal development team is adhering to BIT standards.• Manage internal and agency testing of defects and schedule for production release.• Organize and facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other scrum-related activities.• Coaches team to adhere to Scrum/Agile practices and to improve their processes• Ensure on-time deliveries, within scope by ensuring risks and issues are addressed on behalf of delivery teams• Monitor internal and external iteration dependencies, risks, and potential roadblocks• Assist the Program Manager in defining the scope, priority, and expected delivery of features/user stories• Establish regular release status, risk, and issue communication with stakeholders,
