Roles & Responsibilities:Quality Assurance & Control:• Setting up & maintain documentation process in accordance with - ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001.• Setting up and maintain the organizational goals and objectives w.r.t QMS, EMS and OHS & S in co-ordination with Top Management.• Managing & handling 2nd party and 3rd party QA & QC audits.• Scheduling & Undertaking periodic internal and supplier/vendor QA and QC Audit as per requirement.• Ensuring proper inspection & reporting at all stages of production as per QAP,AQL & P.O.• QC Audit/Site visit of Corporate & Retail Interior Fit-Out projects of Delhi-NCR.• Inspection of various wooden, metal, corian, acrylic etc products, furnitures & fixtures.• Prepare & Provide technical data & reports as per customer requirement,• Ensuring timely resolution of Customer Complaints, In-process rework, rejections etc.• Guiding quality and production team about possible defects and their rectifications.• Training team about the importance of Quality, 5S, use of PPE’s, safety, proper housekeeping etc. Operations & C.S:• Customer relationship management.• Overseeing & assisting in End to End Project Execution of Commercial Interior Fit-outs, Retail Interior Fit-outs, Home Interior & Modular Kitchen, POS/POSM Branding.• Prepare budgeting for on site team expenditure as per company guidelines.• Planning and allocating installation teams as per project/site and client requirement.• Taking daily work progress report on all the running projects from all project/site in-charges.• Managing database of all the ongoing & completed projects.• Daily MIS reporting to senior management.• Conducting daily morning review and planning meeting with all the department heads.• Guide & assist in design & development of new products (D&D and NPD)/ Prototyping.• Conducting new product sample/proto review and getting QC & client approval for production.
