Dhrupal is an experienced financial services professional with 15 years’ experience helping global banks, wealth and asset managers & insurance firms in designing and delivering global restructuring and transformation.Dhrupal has significant experience in regulatory initiatives (including RDR, BCBS ISOCO, EMIR, MIFID II and SFTR), target operating model design and delivery, business process redesign, process and operational excellence, business and organisation transformation and large scale systems design and implementation; underpinned with strong foundations in program, project and change management gained through working in both industry and consulting for Tier 1 & 2 financial institutions.Selected Achievements1. Program manager for an operational assessment of a Tier 1 banks trade and transaction reporting model, with subsequent vendor selection and outsourcing to a managed service provider.2. Leveraging my network and applying my regtech, fintech and digitisation expertise to build practices resulting in originated sales of circa £600k per annum.3. Running a benchmarking exercise across 8 tier 1 organizations to assess maturity of the trade and transaction reporting landscape, and providing actionable insights to the c-suite to improve compliance and reduce regulatory risk.4. Led a team of circa 20 resources to address challenges around the capital implications of inaccurate RWA calculations, and subsequent implementation of a digitization strategy to obtain accurate normalized contract data for real-time risk and credit adjusted trading. Program lead for Deutsche Bank’s CTO sponsored program to assess the likelihood of success of various programs amounting to Euro 300 millions of spend, including identification of core change levers to improve program success.
