From advanced CAD and tolerance-driven designs to high-voltage cable assemblies and ergonomic prototyping, my work spans robotics, consumer electronics, and automotive-grade systems.At Midtronics, I’ve been designing production-ready internal harnesses, high-voltage cable systems, and injection-molded components—applying GD & T, DFM/DFA principles, and PLM best practices to deliver manufacturable, traceable designs. My experience with cross-functional collaboration, prototype validation, and supplier communication has helped accelerate timelines and improve product quality.I’ve led hands-on robotics projects—from stair-climbing robots to variable-arm drones and crop-dusting UAVs—handling everything from mechanical design to manufacturability improvements. My approach blends mechanical fundamentals with simulation and controls, enabling better system-level design decisions.
