ABOUT DHRITI SHARMA

As a Category Manager at Urban Company, I am responsible for planning, strategizing, and creating innovative solutions for the beauty and wellness category, which is one of the fastest-growing and most competitive segments in the online service industry. I work with a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, designers, and marketers to optimize the user experience, increase the retention rate, and drive the revenue growth of the category.I joined Urban Company as a Business Development Associate in Dec 2021, after graduating from Ramanujan College with a Bachelor\'s of Commerce with honours in Business/Commerce with Economics. I quickly rose to the position of Operations Executive in Jan 2023, where I managed the supply chain, quality control, and customer service of the beauty and wellness category. I leveraged my skills in Redash, a data visualization tool, to analyze the performance, trends, and feedback of the category and identify areas of improvement and opportunity. I also used my human resources skills to recruit, train, and motivate the service partners and ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. I was promoted to the Category Manager role in Apr 2023, thanks to my consistent results and contributions to the category and the company.I am an explorer who believes in learning from experiences rather than material gains. I am a tough nut, a risk taker, and a creative thinker who loves solving problems and creating value. I am always looking for opportunities to grow, challenge myself, and make a positive impact in the online service industry. I am a tactful person who can work with diverse stakeholders and lead by example.
