Reviewing, Negotiating customer Contracts and leading the discussion with the Internal Sales Team for WTG Supply and Erection & Commissioning from Commercial Prospective i,e Payment Terms, BG, LC Timelines, Delivery Schedules, Scope, Customer LDs.• Key Points of Contract and lead in ensuring Customer contracts are being followed with regards to raising regular invoices to customer, monitoring claims Settlement & variation orders, delivery timelines, extension, milestone payments• Monitoring Project activities at site, cash flows, profitability, revenue recognition.• Supporting the cross functional team of Projects and SCM for meeting business deliverables on need basis.• Monitoring daily cash flow with the Management.
