Over 190 projects over 7 years to bring the IT department to a stable, productive, efficient group.Multiple Assessments of IT Departments including Port of Houston – Lead multiple assessments of IT departments and developed strategies for moving them to Enterprise Functioning business partners.Vertex Energy – Salesforce CRM and FSL design and implementation across 6 states with integration to Great Plains.Blinds.com – Architectural planning to develop the next generation of the largest blinds retailer in North America.Encana Project manager for multiple projects around gas measurement and production accounting. Brought the project from brink of failure to success.Representing EAG Services at the Houston Technology Center as Project Coordinator for the Global Energy Offerings website. Managed the planning, development, and implementation of a world-wide technology clearinghouse for the energy vertical. This included solution development and optimization.
