I founded yeah change GmbH with the idea of taking away the negative stigma that is attached to change initiatives in organizations.Recent studies indicate that only 20-30% of change initiatives in organizations succeed. Based on our experience, we believe that it is possible to increase these numbers dramatically. Many of the success factors come into play before your change initiative even started. We are happy to help you get things right from the beginning.Another big factor is how you carry out the change initiative. People resist change if they do not understand the potential of it and do not feel like they participate in its design and implementation. We are experts in engaging everyone and would love to offer our help in this area.
