Manages campus Master Planning, Operating and Capital Budgets, and Construction, Planning, Design and Implementation. Provides Regulatory oversight of the Environment of Care, including interfaces with PA DOH, CMS or deemed authority, Local AHJ, and Utility companies. Provides technical expertise in all facets of compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, and other applicable regulatory compliance agencies. Manages the Supervisor of Operations and Maintenance, and Powerhouse Foreman to guide multi-skilled craft personnel and groundkeepers.
